About
Hello, my name is Andreas.
I’ve been fascinated by web development since creating my first website back in 1997, and that enthusiasm hasn’t faded. Here, I write about self-hosting and homelab related things, such as VSCode, PowerShell, Docker, and various Docker projects I’ve worked with.
I enjoy documenting my technical discoveries and progress, hoping they might help others facing similar challenges. While I love testing and implementing self-hosted solutions, I’m equally comfortable using cloud services - it’s all about finding what works best for each situation.
This blog is my way of sharing experiences and lessons learned, partly to help others, but mostly because I simply enjoy writing about tech. You’ll find practical guides, troubleshooting tips, and honest accounts of both successes and failures in my homelab adventures.
Feel free to explore my articles and hopefully find something useful for your own projects!
